How Atlasway works

An honest read first, then we help you make the move.

Atlasway helps you find the right country, visa, or company structure, then makes it happen. When it’s a company, we form it and stay your one point of contact throughout. When it’s residency or a second passport, we bring in the vetted specialist who executes. Either way, the honest read comes first, including when that read is to wait.

Hands joined together in a circle

What we actually do.

You usually reach us from one of our guides with a question: Portugal, Dubai, a Delaware LLC. Before you commit real money, we walk the whole picture with you in plain terms: what it really costs, where it bites, who it fits and who it doesn’t. General, not case-specific, the ground under your feet before you order anything or brief a lawyer.

01

The version nobody’s selling you

Our guides lay out the visas, the residency routes and the company structures across the places worth a look: the real requirements, the real timeline, the full cost, and who each one is wrong for.

That last part is what most of the industry leaves out, because being honest about a bad fit sells nothing. We’d sooner lose the order than push you into the wrong one, so we say it.

02

A fit check with nothing riding on the answer

A creator eyeing a Dubai company runs straight into UAE content rules. A trader still banking on Portugal’s old crypto treatment is reading from a 2022 map. The move that looks right on paper is often wrong for your situation.

So we test it against how each program really works: your income, your model, what you’re trying to reach. Nothing rides on the answer being yes, which is exactly why we can tell you when it’s no.

03

The move made, not just mapped

Once you know the direction, we make it happen. When it’s a company, we form it and stay your single point of contact the whole way through. When it’s residency or a passport, we bring in a vetted specialist who has your details before the first call, so you arrive expected, not as one more cold lead.

Who we’re for, and who we’re not.

We’re for you if

  • You’re a founder or remote professional weighing residency, a second passport, or a company overseas.
  • You’re roughly in the $10k to $50k range and want clarity before you commit real money.
  • You want to understand the move fully, and get it done right, before you commit to it.

We’re not, if

  • You want a guaranteed approval or legal certainty. No honest advisor sells those.
  • You’re a $500k+ white-glove case; firms like Henley & Partners are built for that, and we’ll tell you so.
  • You need a student visa. That’s a different world, with different people.
  • You want the whole thing handled while you do none of the reading.

The information here is for research and education; it isn’t legal or tax advice. Rules change often, so always confirm the current requirements with a licensed advisor before you act.

Tell us where you stand.

Tell us what you’re weighing and you’ll get an honest read on where you stand first. When it’s a company, we form it; when it’s residency or a passport, we bring in the specialist who executes. And if nothing fits yet, we’ll say so.

No pressure, no spam, just a straight answer on where you actually stand.
