What Atlasway is — and isn’t

Atlasway — a service of Odinzone Labs LLC, a Delaware (USA) company — helps you understand your options for residency, citizenship, and company formation. For company formation, we provide the service directly: you order, and we form your company and stay your single point of contact through it. For residency or a second passport, we give you an honest read and introduce you to a vetted specialist who executes. We are not a law firm, a licensed immigration advisor, a tax advisor, or a government agency. Nothing on this site is legal, tax, or investment advice, and reading it doesn’t create a professional relationship. Programs, fees, and rules change often — verify anything that matters with a qualified professional before you act.

How we make money — and why it keeps us honest

How we’re paid depends on what you came for. For a company formation, you pay us a service fee for the work we do. For residency or a second passport, you pay us nothing — the specialist we introduce you to pays us a referral fee if you go on to work with them. Either way, we only ever point you toward the move that fits the plan you already had — never the one that happens to pay us the most. Steering you the wrong way for a bigger fee would break the one thing that makes us useful, so we don’t.

Ordering a service — and what your fee covers

When you order a company formation, your service fee covers exactly the items listed as “Included” on that company’s page — nothing more, nothing less. It does not cover government filing fees, taxes, registered-agent charges, or other third-party costs; those are set by others, billed on top, and laid out on the same page before you order. Anything special that comes up along the way, or anything extra you ask us to handle, is quoted and agreed with you first, then billed separately. Formation timelines and approvals depend on the relevant authorities and on you giving us accurate, complete information; we can’t control how long a government takes, and placing an order doesn’t guarantee any authority approves or registers anything.

Refunds

Two principles set our refund policy: third-party costs we’ve already spent on your behalf can’t come back, and our own service fee is refundable for work we haven’t done yet — our work being the KYC screening and the preparing and submitting of your application, assessed case by case.

• Two kinds of money, kept separate. Third-party costs (government filing fees, registered-agent, the licensed provider) are paid out to others — once they’re spent, they can’t be refunded. Our own service fee is separate, and refundable for any work we haven’t done yet.
• What “our work” is. Screening your KYC and preparing and submitting your application. Because that’s the work, a refund of our fee is worked out case by case against how much of it we’ve already done when you cancel.
• Before we’ve started that work — our fee is refunded in full.
• If KYC can’t be cleared, the reason decides it. If it fails because the information you gave was false, or because you’re a sanctioned person or in a barred jurisdiction, that’s on you — our fee isn’t refundable. If it fails for a reason that isn’t on you, we refund our fee for the screening work not yet done. Either way, third-party costs already spent aren’t refundable.
• After the company is formed (EIN or licence issued) — the formation is complete, so it’s non-refundable; we stay on to help either way.
• If a bank, Stripe or a visa is declined — these sit with the provider, not us; we guide the application and never promise approval, so third-party and government costs aren’t refunded on a decline.

If you think something’s gone wrong with our part of the work, email contact@atlasway.co and we’ll work it out with you fairly. We’d always rather sort it out directly than leave you stuck.

What we won’t help with

We help you set up legitimate companies and show you the way — we do not help anyone evade tax, dodge sanctions, hide beneficial ownership, or work around a bank’s or payment processor’s rules. Where a request looks like that, we screen it, decline it, and don’t refund work already done.

The specialists we introduce

Specialists are independent businesses, not part of Atlasway. We introduce them because we believe they’re capable and reputable, but we don’t control their work, and any agreement you enter into is strictly between you and them. Do your own diligence before you sign with or pay anyone.

No guarantee of outcome

We can form your company, help you understand a program, and reach the right person to run it. We can’t guarantee that any government approves your application, that any timeline holds, or that you get any specific result. Immigration and corporate outcomes depend on your circumstances and on authorities we don’t control.

Using the site fairly

The content here — guides, comparisons, and other material — belongs to Atlasway and is for your personal use. You’re welcome to read it, share a link, and quote us with attribution. Please don’t copy our content wholesale, scrape the site, or pass it off as your own, and don’t use the site to break the law or mislead others.

Third-party links

Where we link to other sites, we do it to be helpful. We’re not responsible for their content or their practices.

Limitation of liability

We work to keep our information accurate and current, but we can’t promise it’s free of errors, and we provide the site “as is.” To the fullest extent the law allows, Atlasway is not liable for losses arising from your use of the site or from decisions you make based on it. Get professional advice before you commit money or make a move that’s hard to reverse.

Changes

We may update these terms. When we do, we’ll change the date above. Continuing to use the site means you accept the current version.
