Atlasway is a service of Odinzone Labs LLC, a Delaware (USA) limited liability company (“Atlasway,” “we,” “us”). We help you understand your options for residency, citizenship, and company formation. For company formation, we do the work ourselves; for residency or a second passport, we give you an honest read and, when you ask, introduce you to a vetted specialist. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what you can do about it. We’ve kept it short and plain on purpose.
What we collect
- Information you give us. When you contact us, ask for a straight read, or order a service, you may share your name, email, phone number, details about your situation and goals, and — for a company formation — the information we need to form your entity. You decide how much to tell us.
- Order and payment information. When you buy a company-formation service, we collect what we need to deliver it. Any payment is handled securely by our payment provider; we don’t see or store your full card details.
- Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we collect basic analytics — pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type — through cookies and similar technologies.
How we use it
- To answer your questions and give you a straight read on what actually fits.
- To deliver the services you order — to form your company and stay your single point of contact through it.
- To introduce you — only if you ask — to a vetted specialist suited to your goal.
- To improve our guides and understand which topics readers find useful.
We do not sell your personal information. Ever.
When we share it — and how we’re paid
Most sites bury this part, so we’ll say it plainly. How we’re paid depends on what you came for. For a company formation, you pay us directly — that’s our service fee, separate from the government and third-party costs the formation itself carries. For residency or a second passport, the introduction is free to you: a specialist pays us a referral fee only if you ask to be introduced and go on to work with them. Either way, we never route you to whoever pays the most — we point you to the move that fits the one you were already planning.
We only pass your details to a specialist when you ask for an introduction — and only the details they need to help you. To deliver a company formation, we share what’s necessary with the providers and authorities involved, such as a registered agent or a government registry. Beyond that, we share data only with the service providers who run the site, and with authorities where the law requires it.

We use cookies for analytics and to keep the site working. You can refuse non-essential cookies through your browser settings — the site will still work.
How long we keep it
We keep what you send us for as long as we need it to help you, to deliver and support the services you order, and to keep a record of the work we’ve done and the introductions we’ve made. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

International visitors
Atlasway serves readers around the world. If you contact us from outside the country where our providers store data, your information may be processed elsewhere. We only work with providers that offer appropriate safeguards.
Children
This site is meant for adults making decisions about residency, citizenship, and business. We don’t knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
If we change this policy, we’ll update the date at the top, and we’ll make any material change clear on this page.
