Order · Delaware LLC

Your company, in one form.

Everything the State and the IRS need, on one page. Fill it once. We check the name and take it from there.

The package

The company

The exact name, with capitals, spaces and punctuation as you want them. It has to end in LLC, L.L.C. or Limited Liability Company. Leave the ending off and we add LLC.

We check it with the State before filing. If it’s taken, we ask you for another.
A plain description of the business — and your site, if you have one.

You

The final documents and your receipt go to this email.

Communications contact

Delaware law requires a natural person authorised to receive communications from the registered agent: a member, manager, employee or designated agent. A physical address is required. It can be anywhere in the world. None of this is public record. The Delaware Secretary of State may request it.

The members

The members are the owners. The company is released to them once it is formed, and they stay in place until the operating agreement names successors. Members do not appear on the Certificate of Formation and are not public record.

EIN responsible party

The IRS wants one member named on the EIN application. Usually that is you.

Formation$500
Registered agent, year oneIncluded
State filing feeIncluded
Total, one payment$500
Pay by bank transfer$500

Send from any bank worldwide by SWIFT, or from a US bank by ACH or Fedwire.

Why bank transfer?

It keeps your price lower. Card networks charge a steep fee on a service like this, and most firms build it straight into what you pay — we’d rather not. Send in USD, EUR or GBP, with no foreign-card fee or conversion loss on your side.

If you’d really rather pay by card, just reply to your order email and we’ll work it out with you case by case.
