Order · Belize company

Start your Belize company.

Pick a package, tell us the name and where to reach you, and place your order. A Belize company is heavily verified, so this part is short by design, a specialist takes it from there.

The package

The company

The exact name you want, with capitals and spacing as you'd like them. We check it with the Belize registry before filing; if it's taken, we ask you for another.

Have a second and third choice ready, the registry can reject a name that's too close to an existing one.

You

Your receipt and every message about the order go to this email. The specialist reaches you here too.

After you pay

A Belize company can't be filed from a web form the way a US LLC can. Every owner and director has to be verified, certified ID, proof of address and source of funds, and a licensed agent has to see and check the documents. So once your order's in, a specialist takes over: they confirm the package with you, walk you through exactly which documents to send, and handle the KYC and filing end to end. The short form above is all we need to start; the rest is done with a person, not a form.

Your order

Formation$2,000
Licensed registered agent, year oneIncluded
Incorporation and registry feesIncluded
Total, one payment$2,000
Pay by bank transfer$2,000

Send from any bank worldwide by SWIFT, or from a US bank by ACH or Fedwire.

Why bank transfer?

It keeps your price lower. Card networks charge a steep fee on a service like this, and most firms build it straight into what you pay — we’d rather not. Send in USD, EUR or GBP, with no foreign-card fee or conversion loss on your side.

If you’d really rather pay by card, just reply to your order email and we’ll work it out with you case by case.

Not included: the yearly government fee and registered-agent renewal you pay to keep the company in good standing, and, if you want them, nominee director or shareholder (quoted separately). Banking runs through your operating company, not the Belize entity.
